worsted weight yarn

Sole (make 2)
Row 1 : ch 11, 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc 4, HDC 2, DC 2, 7 DC in last ch , continue down other side ,DC 2, HDC 2, sc 4, 2 sc in last ch that already has 2 in it , join with slip stitch in first sc of row (27 sts)
Row 2 : ch 1, 2 sc in same stitch as ch 1, 2 sc in next, sc 9, 2 sc in each of the next 5 stitches , sc 9 , 2 sc in each last two stitches , join with slip stitch to 1st sc (36 sts )
Row 3 : ch 1 , sc in sme stitch as ch1, 2 sc in next, sc1, 2 sc in next, sc 9, ( sc 1 , sc 2 in next ) repeat ( ) 5 times , sc 9 , 2 sc in next , sc 1, 2 sc in next , sc 1 in last stitch , join with slip stitch in 1st sc , (45sts ) ( don`t fasten off )

Row 4 : still with white yarn, ch 1 , sc in same stitch as ch 1 , sc in same stitch as ch 1 , sc around in BACK LOOPS ONLY , join with slip stitch in first sc (45 sts )
Row 5 : ch 1 , sc in same stitch as ch 1 , sc in BOTH LOOPS in every stitch around , join with slip stitch in 1st sc ( 45 sts )
Row 6 :ch 1 , sc in same stitch as ch 1 , sc in every stitch around , join with slip stitch in first sc (45 sts ) FASTEN OFF
TOP PART OF SHOE
with contrast color
hold shoe with inside facing you and heel close to you , starting at middle of heel count 15 sts to your right and join in 15th stitch

FASTEN OFF
With main color join on right side where top part of shoe begins , make a row of sc going up side across top and back down side as equally as you can .
FASTEN OFF
with black yarn join on row 5 of sole about where contrast color starts and make a row of slip stitches around and stop where top part ends fasten off ( hope this makes sense )
TONGUE & TOE
with white yarn
Magic ring , ch 2 , dc 10 in ring , ( tighten ring to form a half circle ) turn
ch 2 , 2 hdc in first stitch , * 1 hdc , 2 hdc in next * repeat *-* to end don`t turn ch1 , sc 8 in flat part of half circle ( making 2 of the 8 sc in the center part )
join contrast color
row 1 : ch 1 , sc 8 , turn (8 sts)
row2 : ch1 , sc8 , turn (8 sts )
row 3 : ch1 , sc 8, turn (8 sts )
row 4 : ch1 , sc 8 , turn (8 sts )
row 5 : ch1 ,skip 1st stitch , sc 5 , skip next stitch , sc last , turn (6 sts )
row 6 : ch 1 , sc 6 , turn ( 6 sts )
row 7 : ch 1 , sc 6 , turn (6 sts )
row 8 : ch1 , sc 6 , turn ( 6 sts )

if you want tongue longer add a couple more rows if not
FASTEN OFF
with white yarn sew toe part to shoe
with black yarn join under 1st row of contrast color starting where top part beginns slip stitch all around and back to where you joined
FASTEN OFF
SHOE LACE
ch 100
for the circle and star you can use felt and 3D fabric pain.
